I'm a native of Atherton, but have lived in San Jose, NYC, Chicago, Toronto/Ottawa/Halifax/Quebec City, Canada, and Helsinki, Finland, among others. Most moves were due to following my ex-husband who played professional hockey. To say I know what it's like to move is an understatement.
I differentiate myself from other Realtors by knowing how to negotiate. You'd be surprised how many house transactions are unsuccessful due to an agent not knowing how to negotiate their clients needs and work with the other agent, or having their own agenda....the deal falls apart. I don't let that happen. I "get 'er done!"
Anyone can search for a house on line looking at sq footage, number of bedrooms, lot size etc, but I believe so much more goes into the home buying process. I am an excellent listener, and I hear what my clients really want and need. This is about you, not me. I also have one requirement of the clients I work with...let's enjoy the process and laugh along the way.
I have top notch resources for anything to do with repairing, renovating or decorating a house, plus top-notch financing resources; critical in these uncertain times. My goal is to make you feel educated and minimize your stress during the process.
